The Marina Village represents the heart of Azul de Cortez and serves as a central gathering place for social, cultural, recreational and educational activities. Designed as a mixed-use town center with a traditional-style main street, the core area of the Village will become home to a variety of resort amenities and activities, including a 300-slip marina, a beach club and recreation center, health club/spa, boutique hotel, and retail/commercial and restaurant uses. The larger Village area will include a variety of residential offerings located within easy walking distance to the main street core area, marina and the beach. Inviting outdoor spaces, including a central Village Green, will feature special events and activities year-round.
